I am in the middle of so many projects, do I have to have finished something?! Ooo, I finished a flower fairy cross stitch for my daughter’s bedroom with 7 different shades of pink in it! I’m in the middle of a blue quilt for my son and another cross stitch for our hallway.

I’ve been watercolor a lot of postcards! I started a weekly project at the beginning of January and these little postcards are keeping me busy :)
I always make my own cards and gift tags – it’s a bit of me time in amongst the busy working and family life I lead.
I normally have one hundred and one projects on the go but i’m trying to change this. Currently only 2 projects on the go – a crocheted dress for my 8 month old baby girl and i’m sewing some trousers for my 2 year old boy.
Ive been making some homemade soap.
It was my sons 6th Birthday party with a lego theme last weekend so i have been making lots of things.
We made lego bricks out of old boxes, race track, bunting & lots more!
Hi Anna, really enjoy reading your blog. I’m knitting a hat from Anna Wilkinson’s learn to knit love to knit, in lovely big wool. First time I’ve used Blue Sky alpaca yarn. Finishing off hand warmers for my friends slightly belated Christmas present. I’ve just started making a pencil dress from a Butterick pattern, I’m making it from dark grey tweedy material with subtle orange and pinky-purple strands and using a pinky purple contrast lining :)

At the moment I am concentrating on a lovely cross stitch project of Plymouth Lighthouse. It will be for my husband’s Birthday in a few months. I used to have many projects on the go, but found that one at a time was more relaxing for me.
I have been making pin boards and decorating malma shelves and mirrors.
Recently I’ve made some knitted Owl Cadbury’s Crème Egg covers, some knitted flower headbands, some hessian bunting and I’ve been doing some Zentangle! Busy, busy, busy.
I’ve been knitting a hot water bottle cover, doing a distressed paint job on an old bookcase and trying really hard to learn how to crochet (I really want to get beyond a pathetic single chain!).

We’ve been crafting Valentines for friends and family with the kids using scrapbook paper. My next creation takes me to the kitchen where I will be attempting a bulldozer inspired cake for our sons 2nd birthday.

I’ve been doing a big African animals cross-stitch, as well as crocheting squares to put together for a throw for my bed and knitting a throw for using downstairs. Been thinking about making a curtain for my front and back doors, though no sewing machine so need to find one I can use for it as I want the stitching to be straight.
