Say hi to Boots, the newest addition to the Simmonds family!
After much debate Alex and I couldn’t stand the quiet any longer, and have welcomed a new addition to the family. It’ll be a joy to get used to little kitty feet running around the house again.
She’s a rescue cat, and looks to be around five or six according to the vet. Boots has lots of cute age-freckles common in ginger kitties. Best part of a lovable older kitty? She loves snuggles and doesn’t mess around with my yarns. ..Much.

I love how varied hearts can be in crochet. Valentine’s Day is a month away, and whether you want to make something for the special day or just adore hearts, I’ve made a list of my favourite free crochet patterns so far!
